Applications within biomedicine are awarded three times a year, while applications within the natural sciences are awarded once a year.
In exceptional cases it is possible to apply for up to DKK 10 million, however, detailed justification for this must be stated in the application.

Support from the Foundation for the post graduate education of nurses, midwives and therapeutic assistants are applied for and research candidates by these groups are applied for and awarded via the Danish University Hospitals' Centre for Nursing and Healthcare Research: www.ucsf.dk.
