We look for experienced teams who are passionately working towards the solution of a serious problem and real unmet medical need. You should have strong and defensible IP, solid understanding of the markets and regulatory environments you are operating in and a clear plan for value creation.

Process
As a first step, we prefer to see a non-confidential presentation or executive summary of your project. If within our strategy, we may enter a non-disclosure agreement and evaluate confidential information in depth. Meeting and getting to know the team is an important step for us in the evaluation. Therefore, as a next step we will meet with you and discuss your plans and investment proposal. If, based on this, we are interested in pursuing the investment, we will conduct due diligence.
