Purpose of the Lundbeck Foundation's processing of your personal information and legal basis

The personal information that you provide in connection with the submission of your job application or in another way as part of a recruitment process, is only used and stored for use in carrying out a recruitment process and in connection with a possible employment.

You are encouraged in your application to only provide relevant information, and not civil registration number or other information of a sensitive nature, unless you believe it is relevant to your application.

Obtaining references and background checks

As the Lundbeck Foundation has a legitimate interest in finding the most suitable candidates for a job at the Lundbeck Foundation, we can obtain references from previous employers, educational institutions or other relevant parties. You may therefore be asked to give consent to obtain references, which we can contact if we consider that you need to proceed in the process.

We will in certain situations - depending on the nature of the position - conduct a background check by searching for information about you via publicly available sources such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, the CVR register, etc., to the extent that we assess that the information is relevant to the handling of it. that job. We do this out of a legitimate interest in ensuring that we hire the best candidate - both professionally and in terms of personality.

You have the right to be informed at the job interview - and otherwise upon request - what specific information we have collected about you.

Sensitive information

The Lundbeck Foundation does not collect sensitive personal information (including health information) without your express consent. In connection with your application or at the latest at the first interview, you are encouraged to provide information about any health conditions that are of significant importance to your ability to perform the job for which you are applying.

Disclosure of personal information to third parties

In the event that we use external companies in connection with the recruitment process - including recruitment companies, providers of personality tests, etc. - you will be informed about this.

The transfer of your personal information to any third parties takes place in accordance with written agreements with the parties in question, which comply with the applicable rules, including requirements for confidentiality and deletion of information after the end of the recruitment process.

Retention of personal information

The Lundbeck Foundation stores information about job applicants with external suppliers within the EU / EEA. The cooperation with the suppliers is covered by written data processor agreements, which comply with the applicable personal data rules. The Lundbeck Foundation checks that the data processors used have sufficient IT security.

The information is stored and processed in a way that ensures that only the HR manager as well as the people directly involved in the recruitment process have access to your information.

Period for storage of personal data

The Lundbeck Foundation will keep your application and other information until the Lundbeck Foundation has assessed the application, and in the case of a specific job advertisement, until we have completed the recruitment process. If you are employed by the Lundbeck Foundation, your application will be kept during your employment relationship.

If you have had a personality test performed in connection with the recruitment, the result of this will be stored until 6 months after its commissioning, unless you give consent to a longer storage.

Rights

In connection with the Lundbeck Foundation's processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
